Role: Workday Technical Lead for HCM REPORTING Duration: 6 Months Location: Providence, RI MOI: Skype Candidate must be local to RI or MA consultation to the team implementing Workday HCM, Payroll and Finance and maintain a governance structure around our data and reporting the strategy behind the delivery of our data as the Workday HCM and Finance reporting SME, providing best practices and standards. design, deliver, and maintain simple to complex Workday reports and dashboards complex calculated fields, maintaining the standards and integrity of the data. and maintain standardized real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights the effectiveness of reporting solutions, improve current reports, or operationalize new reports/methods as needed. strategy and development of metrics, reporting and dashboards based on business strategy and insights; establish checkpoints on results and impacts. and maintain data governance processes and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and security within the Workday Finance platform. and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests system integrations within the architecture of the Workday Finance system. support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and develop new integrations. accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution. experience creating and maintaining Workday Integrations. Technical Support / Systems Administration & Security Collaborates with Product Analysts and business units to streamline processes and promote user adoption, mainstream workday tools as well as design, dev, testing and deployment Partners with Product Analysts and Business Units when needed to assist in design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance using Workday delivered tools. Gathers, builds, tests, and documents technical requirements for enhancements and projects. Provides security administration support for all business areas Recommends best security practices and solutions to support end to end business processes Provides system support for all business areas Troubleshoots system issues and ensures resolution Creates, modifies, & supports a variety of standard and advanced reports utilizing reporting tools. Advanced building, maintenance, documentation and other advanced reporting functionality. Prepares regularly scheduled integrations, reports and ad-hoc reporting as needed. Requirements: 5+ years advanced experience with the Workday application, Workday Integrations working on large Workday initiatives. 5+ years of advanced experience with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Calculated fields Workday Extend, CCB, BIRT, EIBs, Core Connectors, Integration System User (ISU), Integration System Security Group (ISSG) 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing and testing on the Workday platform (Proficient with Integrations, Integration Security, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Rest APIs) Regards!!
