Hands-on experience of Project Development life cycle - Perform project estimation, project planning, monitoring, tracking and Status reporting Develop detailed project plans using MS Project or customer-specific tools Play Scrum master role, conduct Scrum ceremonies, Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders Identify project risks and derive effective mitigation plans to handle the same Elicit requirements and technical inputs from subject matter experts and business stakeholders in customer organization Effort Estimation, Technical/Business proposals creation, and SoW creation. Communicate complex issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forward. Coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties understand the deliveries and milestones and the resources that are assigned Good People management skills - Manage, Guide, mentor and nurture team. Effectively Negotiate with team members to define the team's goals, work content and schedules Participate in pre-sales activities to support account growth. Education : Graduate/Post Graduate (BS/MS/B.Tech/M.Tech) Computer Science & Electronics and Communications Good to Have- MBA Required Skillset(s) : 9-15 years of overall experience in IT industry Minimum 4+ project management experience. Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements Understanding technology , should help in identifying new technology trends and help teams in the adoption of the same Ability to manage change and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact Ability to establish and maintain clear mechanisms to communicate project status to senior management and customers.
