Detailed Job Description: Develop a comprehensive migration strategy for upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite from on-premises version 12.2.6 to cloud version 12.2.12, with a primary focus on core financial modules. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, considering business requirements and stakeholder expectations. Establish clear project timelines, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Lead a multidisciplinary project team, including functional consultants, technical experts, and external vendors, to execute the migration project effectively. Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout all phases of the migration lifecycle, fostering collaboration and high performance. Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT executives, and end users, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular status updates, executive briefings, and presentations, ensuring transparency and alignment.
