Workday certification(s) Strong understanding of Workday functionality, data model, and security model. Experience leading Workday implementation projects from inception to completion. Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business processes, security, and integrations. Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, calculated fields, and report writing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend. Knowledge of HR and finance business processes.
