Strong Hybrid Agile experience Well versed with converting and migrating legacy data on large complex projects. Government experience a must . Qualifications: 3 years of experience within the last ten (10) years leading and managing various project team sizes on large and complex IT system development projects. 3 years within the last ten (10) years of experience with either agile or hybrid agile software development processes used to develop or implement an automated solution. 2 years of experience in the last ten (10) years developing and/or facilitating review and approval of project management plans and deliverables for large and complex IT system development projects for government agencies. 3 years of experience within the last ten (10) years facilitating change control management processes in large and complex IT system implementations for government agencies. 2 years of experience within the last ten (10) years assisting with converting and migrating legacy data on a large and complex IT system project.
