Environment: Primarily remote. On-site only as needed. Candidates must be local to Atlanta, GA Responsibilities: Collaborate with other teams such as application development, infrastructure, networking, Wintel, SecOps to onboard application and accounts: Analyze and document business requirements and interfacing with stakeholders. Integrate applications and onboard privilege accounts with the CyberArk vault. Develop PSM or web components. Troubleshoot any issues with existing integrations with CyberArk vault by analyzing PAM, system, application, and networking logs. Perform system administration tasks related to CyberArk PAS. Provide technical support, maintenance, and patching of the CyberArk infrastructure. Coordinate with vendor for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Perform recovery tasks and exercise: Perform break glass, failback and recovery. Configure and perform periodic backups. Troubleshoot and respond to user access and operational issues. Respond to security incidents related to the PAM environment. Develop standard operating procedures and documents relating to PAM.
