Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required. Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
