Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Remote Visa: No opt/cpt/h1b/TN MOI: Video "Preferred are Ex-Capital One or Need Strong Banking background candidate " Job Details: All 6 are fullstack devs. They will be on all full stack dev teams front end, back end and snowflake. They will be aligned with one team and take stories that the team is assigned. Will pick up stories and then work on them, doesnt matter what type. Slingshot is the software CapitalOne Software - SaaS solution for making snowflake optimizations and doing data management in snowflake. Whoever is a Snowflake customer, they can optimize their patterns and help with reducing compute-storage. They are converting to a new architecture using Typescript. It was Java Spring Boot with Dynamo DB backend. This new architecture is moving to Javascript and REST APIs with PostGres (React and NodeJS are staying the same) For Backend they need Node and Java Need Java / Javascript for sure. React, AWS and GRPC are also required. They dont need to have experience with Snowflake, necessarily. Job Description: What Youll Be Doing Working across the application stack: frontend, backend, data layer, and dev ops Using React to build highly optimized and scalable modern frontend applications. Creating REST based micro services using Node JS on the backend Building stored procedures within Snowflake utilizing JavaScript Code primarily in JavaScript using modern ES6+ standards Deploying application components to the AWS cloud Collaborating with other engineers, designers, and technical product owners to write, test, and deploy your code safely to production Participating in a strong culture of ownership, pragmatism, testing, teaching, and learning Working closely with Product, Design, Platform Services, and Release Management teams to contribute to our application roadmap Investigating, diagnosing and resolving issues within the application Job Requirements: Strong experience building scalable full stack applications with Javascript (React, Node JS, Type Script), Java , HTML, and CSS (versions) Deep understanding of asynchronous Javascript (AJAX, Promises, etc...) and querying data from various sources such as GraphQL, REST APIs, relational databases POST GRES, AWS DynamoDB and key/value datastores An understanding of the intricacies of layout and semantic markup without reliance on frameworks Working knowledge of Atomic Design and Responsive Design principles Experience working closely with designers to convert design assets into functioning applications A persistent eye toward performance and an understanding of the impact on customers A self-driven personality, that takes pride in improving the experience of our customers You thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts and enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise Working knowledge of code version control principles (mainly Git) The ability to easily adapt, learn new things and apply new technologies Nice to Have Willingness to take ownership of project delivery Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (mainly S3, CloudFront, and Lambda) Knowledge of W3C Accessibility Guidelines Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. Scrum/Kanban) Experience working with Snowflake and its stored procedure system Experience working with Tailwind CSS Experience working with Figma and Design Tokens Working knowledge of Webpack 5 and/or Vite Working knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines Experience building full stack applications with Next JS Experience writing unit and integration tests with Jest Experience working with and writing end to end tests with Cypress Gaurav Chaudhary [email protected] +1 609 991 9440 EXT 162 Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment javascript sthree database information technology trade national Tennessee Urgent Need::Full Stack Developer with Remote [email protected] |
