Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: NOTE : Candidates must be US Citizens and able to obtain/maintain at minimum, a DoD Secret clearance, per a condition of employment The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development, design, and administration of solutions within the ServiceNow environment. This includes the creation and modification of applications, workflows, and processes to enhance and automate business processes in the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and services, based on business requirements. Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client and server scripts, and access controls in ServiceNow. Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support. Use agile methodologies to manage and execute ServiceNow tasks and projects. Develop workflows, catalog items, and customer-friendly interfaces within ServiceNow. Create and configure reports and dashboards according to business requirements. Maintain and support ServiceNow updates and upgrades, ensuring best practices are followed. Provide training and documentation to other members of the team to support end-user training. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 Years of experience with ServiceNow Implementations Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in JavaScript or related application development Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Minimum of 3+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (Preferred CSM, FSM, SPM, & ITSM +SAM) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience with Agular JS / Portal Development Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience Advanced Application Experience: ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, CSM, FSM, SPM, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Platform/Integration, Portal/UI Builder ITIL Foundation or Equivalent Certified Best Regards Md.
