Establish and maintain service levels, monitor vSphere, and Horizon View infrastructure, and manage vSphere alarms. Troubleshoot and resolve vSphere and Horizon View issues related to VM availability, Horizon View connectivity. Knowledge in Hyperconverged Infrastructure in VCF with VXRAIL or Cisco Hyperflex Certifications - VCP-DTM VMware Certified Professional - Desktop management 2-4 years of experience required.
