Job Description:: The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining TIBCO iProcess Suite solutions to meet business needs efficiently. As a TIBCO Process Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. **Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and implement TIBCO iProcess solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements. Customize workflows, forms, and interfaces using TIBCO iProcess Modeler and TIBCO Designer. Develop and maintain process models, templates, and documentation. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting of TIBCO iProcess applications. Provide technical support and assistance during the deployment and production phases. Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and security protocols. Stay updated with the latest TIBCO iProcess features, technologies, and trends. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a TIBCO iProcess Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in TIBCO iProcess Suite components such as iProcess Engine, iProcess Workspace, iProcess Analytics, and iProcess Decisions. Hands-on experience in designing and developing process definitions, forms, and reports. Proficiency in TIBCO iProcess Modeler, TIBCO Designer, and other relevant tools. Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO ActiveMatrix is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. TIBCO certification(s) is a plus.
