| Role: Change Management Lead Location: Cupertino, CA Length: 12 months with possible extensions Visa: EAD, GC, and USC CM Lead position is a tactical individual contributor role and is not a big picture theoretical or strategic leadership role. Responsibilities: Develop detailed Change Management, communication, and transition plans for system implementation projects. Partner closely with project team members and cross-functional business partners to foster key stakeholder transformation and promote adoption of solutions. Provide guidance and direction through critical project transitions including cutover, warranty, and business handoff. Provide Change Management support for the following areas on multiple unrelated system implementation projects which are running in parallel: Readiness - change impact assessment for projects specific impact on people, processes, and computer systems Communications - developing project specific communication plan, drafting communications, and sending communications based on established internal process and protocols. Transition - developing and monitoring detailed project cutover plan with specific business and technical tasks; managing warranty (post project go-live) activities and business hand-off. Required Skills: 5+ years experience in Change Management (non-technical / non-IT related) Experience with SAP Finance is highly desired. Experience with Prosci/Adkar is highly desired. Must have excellent communication skills, informing the team and providing updates quickly. Be consistent with transparency. Tactical individual contributor role, not a big picture theoretical or strategic leadership role. Strong experience developing detailed change management, communication, and transition plans for system implementation. Experience creating comprehensive change management strategies for various system implementation projects. Conduct detailed change impact analysis. Define, plan, and execute plans to support communication and transition activities. Demonstrate successful leadership/influencing skills at all levels. Solid understanding of project management methodology Demonstrated skills in conflict management and facilitation. Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years related industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of Finance processes, Change Management and Project Management.
