Candidatesmust have strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance Modules and process and datamapping. What You Will Do: Youwill be responsible for managing learning and development knowledge Youwill design, develop, and continuously improve a dynamic library of bestpractice learning and development resources, including Standard client-facingmaterials (e.g., design principles), Internal playbooks (e.g., how-to guides)and final materials for delivered, client-facing modules, cases, and program. Youwill regularly convene practitioners to help actively shape and develop theportfolio and support knowledge codification and dissemination efforts. Youwill help create custom learning solutions for clients by developing and/orconfiguring a variety of appropriate strategies including interactiveinstructor-led classroom learning, web-based and virtual classroom training,performance support, and workplace-based learning. Inaddition, you will support client development and program delivery What Gets You the Job: Strongexperience with S/4 HANA and Finance Modules (tax, treasury, reporting, etc.) Strongexperience with ERP implementations Strongexperience with process and data mapping (i.e., current to future, screenshots,creating data sets to test cannot use actual data) Experiencein instructional design and development. Deepknowledge of adult learning approaches; familiarity with knowledge managementpractices. Superiorediting, writing, and critical reasoning skills. Outstandinginterpersonal and communication skills and presence. |
