RESTful or SOAP web services One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications plus: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer Design, develop, and configure for the ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Generic Managerial Skills Keep all stakeholders up to date on the progress.
