Strong experience on creating and executing sanity / functional / integration / regression test scenarios. Should work closely with client and understand the expectations. Co-ordinate offshore team and client, ensure there is no gap in understanding. Ability to generate and create reporting dashboard. Schedule defect triage call to discuss on defects and any other issues. To be proactive in getting them for closure. Publish regular status with client. Identify and raise risk (if any), also should propose the mitigation plans. Ensures quality delivery from testing team. Should processes excellent communication and articulation skills.
