Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Workday is preferred, with a focus on the Core HCM module, Recruiting, Benefits, Security, and Reporting.(Alternatively, exposure to HR Systems, eg- Oracle, PeopleSoft etc) Proactively Developing audits on all data aspects within data conversion efforts as we transition between tenants, TCU and Go-Live according to phase in project Cross-functional support experience Highly developed troubleshooting skills, including tenacity and investigative abilities to identify the root cause of problems.
