| From: Sushmita Soni, Sonitalent [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Hope you are doing well , We are looking for Lead Financial Analyst let me know if you are looking for this role and send me your updated resume also Job Description Job Title: Lead Financial Analyst Work Location: Hybrid: Inver Grove Heights, MN Local only Duration: 1+ year Contract Description: Preferred days in office: Mon, Wed, Thurs Working hours: 8 hour day, anytime between 7am-5pm Qualifications: 10+ years' relevant experience required Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Large ERP experience, such as SAP or JDE 9.0 BPC, Cloud Planning, BI and/or Power BI reporting experience Experience with business and/or predictive analytics Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma experience What the role will do: Lead budgeting and forecasting activities. Consolidate and review budgeting, forecast and quarterly financial reporting (QFR) materials from across the Energy businesses. Analyze budget and forecast variances and communicate facts and insights to leadership team. Perform cost analysis and communicate insights to inform effective decision-making related to capital projects. Review & assist in preparing QFR packages for distribution to corporate and senior leadership. Extract and analyze data to provide meaningful decision support to leadership, performing ad hoc reporting as needed. Identify and implement process improvements to drive standardization, efficiency and waste elimination.
