Support accounting operations for project financial management, project billing and receivables functions, grants prepaid billing functions and fund management, capital billing and funding reporting, audit research and response. Perform period-end close activities, including preparing account journal entries with supporting backup documentation and preparation of journal entries for sub-ledger accounting, Perform account reconciliation with supporting backup documentation. Ability to prepare written responses related to account report variance and responding to internal requests. Ability to research unmatched/unallocated receivables and prepare allocation recommendation(s).
