Position: Workday HCM Techno-Functional Data Conversion Analyst (Remote with travel) Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 24+ months Note : It is 75% remote with 25% travel (Client will pay expenses). Job Description : Responsibilities: Data Conversion and Transformation: o Collaborate with the Data Management team to understand data mapping, conversion strategies, and business rules. o Develop and execute data transformation scripts using proper tools and languages (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL). o Utilize advanced Excel skills to create reconciliations and perform validations between legacy system data and the new ERP for mock data conversions and cutover. o Cleanse, standardize, and confirm data to ensure quality and consistency. o Identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies, liaising with stakeholders to find solutions. Technical and Business Acumen: o Translate business requirements into actionable data-related tasks and solutions. o Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities related to data migration and transformations. Document data transformation, mapping and conversion processes and procedures. Stay up to date on best practices in HCM data management. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Management, Business, Organizational Development or Human Resources. Experience in data mapping, analysis, transformation, or data quality. Possess experience with ERP system implementations in the HCM domain. Ability in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in formulas, functions, and macros. Experience with data manipulation tools such as Access or SQL is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Workday experience is required. Premier and PeopleSoft data extraction experience is a plus.
