Role: Project Manager - Customer Experience & Commerce Platforms Duration: 6+ months Location Remote (Must be EST timezone) Any Visa (if H1B, need only preferred third party) Client Johnson & Johnson We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives on customer experience enhancements and commerce cloud implementations, particularly using SAP Hybris. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business side of project development and will collaborate closely with the Scrum of Scrums to ensure alignment and seamless execution across multiple scrum teams. Must have: This PM will support the business stakeholder who is running multiple programs. They have a Scrum Master and Scrum of Scrums with 3-4 squads in place; teams are at full capacity so the PM will help oversee the programs and take the load of some of the scrum masters Should have Agile PM experience Must have experience working in the customer experience / commerce space SAP commerce cloud or hybris Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in customer experience and e-commerce environments, preferably with experience using SAP Hybris. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum; experience with the Scrum of Scrums approach is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile methodologies (CSM, ACP) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects focused on enhancing customer experience and integrating commerce cloud solutions, with a strong emphasis on leveraging SAP Hybris platforms. Manage all phases of project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure project requirements align with business objectives. Work closely with the Scrum of Scrums to facilitate communication between multiple Agile teams, helping to resolve impediments and ensuring a cohesive strategy across all teams. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Monitor project performance, reporting regularly on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management. Engage with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and expectations are set for project outcomes. Lead risk management activities, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans. Facilitate the selection and implementation of project management tools and methodologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Provide coaching and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
