Job Description: The AVEVA E3D Administrator is responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the AVEVA E3D software platform. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of E3D, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and providing user training and support. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure AVEVA E3D software and associated modules according to organizational requirements and best practices. Ensure proper integration with existing systems and databases. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and upgrades. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and stability. Provide technical support to end-users experiencing issues with AVEVA E3D. Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Offer training and guidance to users to maximize productivity and proficiency with the software. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience as an administrator or power user of AVEVA E3D or similar 3D design software. In-depth knowledge of AVEVA E3D installation, configuration, and administration. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with engineering design principles and practices is a plus.
