Role: Senior Database Test Engineer/ ETL Tester with strong Python Location: ETL Tester with strong Python Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Database Testing Engineer with expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and Python programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database testing methodologies and tools, as well as experience working with ETL processes and scripting in Python. Responsibilities: Design and develop test cases for database testing, including data validation, data integrity, and performance testing. Execute test cases and report defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Create and maintain ETL processes for data migration and transformation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Develop scripts in Python to automate testing processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the software development lifecycle. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in database testing and ETL processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 9+ years of experience in database testing, with a focus on ETL processes. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. Strong scripting skills in Python for automation and data manipulation. Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
