You will work in conjunction with our team to foster heightened customer experience and drive technical innovation in the managed services practice. The Opportunity: Create Dataroles that provide access to application, All User onboardings, Code/Deployment support, Meeting agreed SLAs and project milestones on time with defect free implementations. Mock Users for testing, 24x7x356 Incident Management and Monitoring. Tech stack: AWS, ServiceNow, JIRA, All Microsoft Suites, CyberArk. What you need: Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and working in production environments. A minimum of 3 years of experience in directly supporting software applications is required. Proficiency with SQL. Experience with AWS Services is required. AWS Core services: IAM, S3, RDS- Aurora, Dynamo- DBs, Lamba, Code pipeline, and CloudWatch/Trail Analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously. Process and technical documentation development. Experience with ServiceNow or other similar ticket management systems.
