Must Have Skills

Skill 1 Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related degree

Skill 2 - Strong analytical & financial modeling skills

Skill 3 Experience in business intelligence & data visualization technologies, tools & concepts such as Python scripting, Tableau, Power BI etc.

Skill 4 - 4-7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting

Good To have Skills

Skill 1 Very strong Excel skills, including modeling

This role under the Display Segment will support driving analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with working on both strategic initiatives, such as enhancing financial reporting capabilities,
and with deliverables related to regular business cycles.

This person will help summarize the data related to market trends and drivers, competitors, business unit financials. This person will proactively work with key business partners across the companys finance organization
to understand and help further develop reports and processes that are both efficient and can scale with the companys growth. This position will involve analyzing and developing content for Executive Management, Product groups, Investor Relations, and Corporate.

The right individual will have a strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn while using their skillsets and findings to extend/enhance the financial reporting processes as well as analyses.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage assigned FP&A & Core Business reporting and analysis deliverables in an effective and efficient way

Drive change in the financial processes of the Display segment: Improve usage of SAP and related systems across Display finance plus develop & own KPI dashboard and internal financial reporting tools. Partner with
GIS and with other business areas to enable implementation of new reporting systems and processes.

Lead analysis on OPEX portfolio management; Provide financial modelling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions and ad-hoc projects and partake in investor relations activities, including board and investor
updates

Participate in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions

Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies, and procedures. Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports. Analyzes and interprets data and business intelligence reports.

Extracts financial & statistical data from various information systems and other sources.

Problem Solving/Critical Thinking - approaches, tools, techniques for solving problems & making sound recommendations

Very strong Excel skills, including modeling

Strong communication, including presentation skills

Basic or intermediate accounting knowledge

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related degree

Strong analytical & financial modeling skills

Experience in business intelligence & data visualization technologies, tools & concepts such as Python scripting, Tableau, Power BI etc.

4-7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with attention to detail and ability to think clearly and work effectively with cross-functional
teams plus a curiosity to learn the business & improve upon existing processes
