Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Architect and implement solutions that adhere to industry best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of production issues, and implement timely resolutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our applications. Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in Angular and Bootstrap frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
