In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of electronic data interchange (EDI) between our company and our trading partners. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including mapping, troubleshooting, and supporting the implementation of EDI transactions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain EDI maps for various transactions, including DELFOR, DELJIT, 830, and 856 (ANSI x12, VDA, and EDIFACT) Analyze and translate business requirements from implementation guides into EDI mapping specifications Create Message Request Specifications (MRS) and Functional Design Documents (FMD) Manage and troubleshoot EDI processing and posting errors, ensuring accurate data exchange Troubleshoot FTP network issues and SQL tables related to EDI transactions Install and configure EDI mapper tools and manage trading partner profiles Provide support to internal teams and business users on EDI processes and procedures Stay up-to-date on the latest EDI standards and protocols, including IBM SCBN, IBM Sterling B2B, and BPML Experience working with service desk tickets is a plus, and familiarity with ITIL is preferred Qualifications Proven experience in EDI service delivery and EDI mapping Strong understanding of EDI standards (ANSI x12, VDA, EDIFACT) and various EDI transactions (DELFOR, DELJIT, 830, 856) Experience with EDI mapping tools (e.g., GENTRAN, Map Editor) Working knowledge of IBM SCBN suite and IBM Sterling B2B administration Experience designing and developing business processes using BPML or GPM Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills How to Apply If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented EDI professional with a passion for ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply!
