Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and policies to enforce identity and access governance controls and compliance requirements. Configure and manage IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) solutions to provision and de-provision user accounts, groups, and entitlements across on-premises and cloud-based systems. Implement IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) solutions to enforce authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) policies for web applications and APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define IAM use cases, and design IAM solutions that meet business needs and security requirements. Conduct IAM solution design reviews, risk assessments, and security audits to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to IAM administrators, developers, and support teams on SailPoint, ISIM, and ISAM configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices.
