| SAP BASIS Consultant Customer location: Santa Clara, CA (100 % Onsite ) Job description Deep knowledge of SAP Basis tasks: technical planning, installations and configurations (SAP S/4 HANA, SLT, PI/PO, GRC , SAP Security SOLMAN,), upgrades, OS/DB migrations, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates Applying Support Package, Kernel patch upgrade, TMS configuration and Transport administration (Transport strategy), maintaining of operation modes and profile parameters, background job management. Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery. HANA knowledge including High Availability and Disaster Recovery. Troubleshooting performance issue Expertise with SLT Expertise with SAP PI/PO Java Stacks Experience in SAP Security and GRC who can design the roles and maintain them, Generate UAR , SOD reports, run SOD checks , Firefighter Id creations Troubleshoot experience with SAP Security Roles Experience with creating and maintaining the SAP Fiori roles Knowledge in operating systems (LINUX) and networking connectivity required for the SAP environment. Experience in system refresh tasks, Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import). Performance optimization and tuning Early Watch configuration and analysis Automation of SAP basis tasks through different development and scripting approaches Incident Management: Troubleshooting the issues from OS level like work process monitoring, checking logs, checking OSS notes, provide Performance analysis and suggest solutions to write the Root Cause Analysis.
