Job Description

JD:

1.Design, develop and negotiate performance standards for Change Management and Prepared performance reporting documentation for management.

2. Analyze and review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.

3. Gathering requirements and converting BRD to technical requirements. Creating design patterns and implementation Plans for ServiceNow enhancements.

4. Working on Design, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports.

5. Providing high level design solutions and project plans with full technical requirements, functional test cases and workflows where needed as a subject matter expert.

6. Working on Web Services integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.

7. Customization and Maintenance of ITIL modules for Change Management, Sprint Planning, Stories in ServiceNow.

8. Perform migration activities (Dev to QA, QA to Prod) upgrading to latest versions of ServiceNow and cloning instances quarterly.

9. Developing transform maps, Update sets, data sources and different transform scripts for data loads and management.

10. End to End Change Management development and complex workflows along with multiple Order guides and record producers with innovative technical solutions.

11. Configuration of Email Notifications and alerts, scheduling reports from ServiceNow based on requirements.

12. Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members. Identify any potential quality issues or system deficiencies and recommending solutions or fixing them.

13. Maintaining the code quality and standards to improve performance of the instance.

14. Creating and following tickets with HI system to resolve performance issues in timely manner.

15. Ensuring the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented with minimal or no disruption to IT operations.

16. Involving in Change Review Board (CRB) meetings to give the different development solutions possible for the Change module that needs to be built on top of out of box functionalities.

17. Involving in the complete end to end cycle of coding, testing, debugging, maintaining, and refining the computer software in Service Now to produce the required product in an Agile development environment.

18. Writing Business Rules, Client scripts, Ui policies and UI actions to customize the instance as per Business eeds.                                                                                                                                                              

19. End-user documentation for project stakeholders to know the process and instructing on how to escalate when errors are countered.                                                                                                                            

20. Ensure the validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements with regression and user acceptance testing.
