This role will lead developing and documenting requirements/stories, developing training materials, and troubleshooting system configuration. Provide support for the transition to the new CareTend pharmacy system including but not limited to documenting workflow, creating templates/standard operating procedures and creation of training documents. o Help in migration from CPR+ to Caretend o Maximize technology to design and implement operational services to create efficiencies and to meet current regulations/standards. o Provide ongoing oversight and provide problem resolution to strengthen the partner relations and experience through CPR+ and CareTend. o Assure compliance with all federal and state regulations and accrediting bodies. o Participate in policy and procedure review, as needed. o Provides project support to additional initiatives and other duties as assigned. o Other duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities Excellent research and verbal/communication skills.
