Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and key team members. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project timelines and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and priorities. Work closely with technical teams to assess client requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive the implementation of GCP solutions. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for GCP services and support pre-sales activities as needed. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cloud technologies, particularly within the GCP ecosystem, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager leading complex projects, preferably in the cloud computing space. Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture, with hands-on experience in cloud migration, deployment, and optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with certification in PMP or similar preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop creative solutions. Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus.
