Role Summary:

Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in seamlessly merging our client's two Salesforce instances into a unified, cohesive system. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional who will not only manage the Salesforce integration project from inception to completion but also ensure it aligns seamlessly with strategic business objectives. Your expert guidance in Salesforce implementations will drive the project towards achieving high-quality outcomes while fostering client satisfaction and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership
: Oversee the entire delivery process of the Salesforce consolidation project, from planning and design to implementation and post-merge support.

Stakeholder Collaboration
: Serve as the primary contact for our client, ensuring clear communication and alignment of the project with client expectations. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define clear project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.

Salesforce Expertise
: Utilize deep Salesforce knowledge to guide the technical strategy and ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and tailored to the consolidation goals. Ensure that best practices specific to Salesforce are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Performance Management
: Monitor project scope, timeline, and budget, making strategic adjustments as necessary to address any deviations and align with desired outcomes.

Team Leadership
: Mentor and lead a diverse team of Salesforce professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure that team members are aligned with project goals and fully equipped to deliver on their responsibilities.

Client Engagement
: Build and maintain a strong relationship with client stakeholders and team members, ensuring responsiveness and proactive communication regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Educational Background
: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience
: At least 10 years of professional experience with a requirement for deep, expert-level Salesforce implementation knowledge. Must have led at least two similar Salesforce consolidation projects.

Technical Proficiency
: Extensive expertise in Salesforce environments, particularly with complex customizations, configurations, integrations and consolidations. Proficient in navigating Salesforce architecture, features, and limitations.

Leadership Skills
: Proven capability to lead and manage large-scale projects and diverse teams in a high-stakes environment. Must be adept at balancing multiple project demands with precision and accountability.
