Kindly review the following job requirement and inform me if you are interested Job Role: Salesforce Admin/Support Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid Onsite) Locals Only Pay Rate: $60/hr. on C2C Visa: USC & GC Only Summary: Salesforce Admin/Support Analyst who will be providing level 2 Salesforce Support assistance and troubleshooting to internal and partner community users as well as assisting Level 3 team in supporting Sales and Experience Cloud Salesforce applications. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge articles for supported applications to help drive self-service and level 1 first call resolution. Minimum of one year of Salesforce Admin experience (user setup, reports/dashboards, end user support) Minimum of one year of end user Salesforce support experience, preferably in an enterprise size org Prefer Salesforce Experience Cloud experience (customer communities, partner communities) Strong written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills Trust is Contagious!!
