Our client is looking for a Product Owner with expertise in Loan Servicing, specifically the area of Default Loans which includes Bank buy outs, Claims, Foreclosures. For these types of loans, our client uses Sagent LoanServ. This Product Owner needs knowledge in the Sagent suite of products including LoanServ, Tempo, Care. The PO needs to be a go-getter, polished and ready to be camera on. They will primarily work with Directors, VPs, SVPs, and EVPs. The successful Product Owner will be confident in speaking up, suggesting ideas, implementing best practices. This person will help to define the product mapping, work to identify gaps and make recommendations around other tools that should be implemented. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas Texas location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. 5+ years of experience in LOS system development and knowledge of writing business rules in LOS environment A minimum of 5 years experience in Encompass/Loan Origination Systems At least 8 years of recent experience in area of Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures. Preferred Qualifications and Job Functions At least 8 years of experience as Product owner in defining the requirements around Minimal Viable Product to achieve program objectives Determines and articulates Minimum Viable Product; that is, identifies those portions of an overall vision that are minimally necessary to achieve company objectives. Collaborates with other Product Owners to manage inter-team dependencies. Contribute to the evaluation, design, development, testing, and implementation of products. Assist the team in ensuring product strategy is in alignment with business objectives. Demonstrates ability to prioritize initiatives, collaboration between teams and drive initiatives to completion through accountability. Creates, maintains, and prioritizes Agile teams backlog by assessing business and customer value. Collaborates with other teams to manage inter-team dependencies. Focuses on outcomes and sets clear success criteria. Collaborates with wider team on project milestones and provides organizational management and stakeholder with relevant updates.
