The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement processes and systems within the meat industry and will leverage this knowledge to drive efficiencies, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making across our GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES processes. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, meat industry knowledge, and a passion for improving procurement operations through technology and process enhancements. Analyze and map current GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the meat industry context. Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and define business needs for GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES system enhancements and process improvements. Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents, process maps, and use cases for GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES system implementations and upgrades. Serve as a liaison between the business units and IT teams, ensuring that GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES system functionalities align with business needs and industry best practices. Assist in the selection and implementation of GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES technologies that support the unique requirements of the meat industry, including vendor management, contract lifecycle management, and spend analysis tools. Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements that could impact the GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES process. Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems across the organization. Monitor and report on the performance of GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES processes and systems, recommending and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and support to end-users of GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES systems, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to perform their roles effectively. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in the Source to Pay domain within the meat industry or a closely related field. Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, particularly as they relate to the meat industry. Experience with implementing and optimizing GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES systems, such as ERP modules, eProcurement platforms, or vendor management tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
