Job Description: 6+ years of Experience as a Python Developer with strong Portfolio of Projects Understanding of Python Software Development ecosystems including NumPy, Pandas and Flask Ability to create data processing pipelines. Demonstrated participation in code reviews, ensuring code quality and identifying areas for improvement to implement practical solutions. Debugging code when required and troubleshooting Python-related queries. Experience with Projects related to P&C Insurance Rate management, Pricing and/or Underwriting Functions Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements, as well as technical functionality of OT applications/IT platform. Experience with Earnix is a plus. Ability to lead the design, decomposition, and delivery of work needed by a team to achieve project goals.
