MOI : VIdeo Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Informaon systems or equivalent combinaon of educaon and relevant experience Minimum 2 years experience with MS Azure SQL Server and Azure Data warehouse environment Minimum 5 years experience with Agile methodology and Scrum Framework Minimum 2 years DevOps experience and CI/CD methodology Minimum 5 years experience in authoring and troubleshoong SQL Queries, Stored Procedures and ETL Processes Proficiency in Python or Powershell Minimum 2 years experience with building, deploying, troubleshoong Data Extracon, and loading jobs using Azure data General Summary: The Data Warehouse Administrator parcipates in the design, implementaon, and ongoing modificaon of a modern architecture soluon in Azure. The Data Warehouse Administrator works with internal team members and contractors to develop new and support exisng data warehouse and data reporng environmentsincluding Azure Data Lake, SQL Data Warehouse, Synapse, SSRS, SSAS and Power BI. The Data Warehouse Administrator works alongside other Data Services team members using DevOps to provide and support connuous delivery and implementaon development lifecycle. The Data Warehouse Administrator is responsible for data loading and manipulaon to ensure that the data sources are efficiently and effecvely loaded into the data warehouse. Essenal Posion Funcons: Develop and manage effecve working relaonships with other departments, groups, and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced. Establish and enforce data warehousing standards to meet requirements and business needs. Evaluate our current back-end processes. Create and improve the underlying data design and flow of informaon. Ulize Azure sck modules such as Data Factories, Data Lake, SQL DW and Synapse in support of ongoing data warehouse and reporng needs. Assist in the overall architecture of the Azure Data Vault ulizing Data Vault 2.0 best pracces. Interpret business requirements and acvely provide input from data perspecve. Build simple to complex pipelines and dataflows. Build reliable, scalable distributed systems for data analycs and reporng. Coach, guide, and mentor team members on Azure development best pracces. Implement and maintain security and authorizaon framework modules. Integrate and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS) methodology. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve performance and producon problems and data issues. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of Azure data environment. Document technical designs and architecture, workflow, dataflow and processes. Validate accuracy and consistency of the data in the database and test the developed rounes. Meet professional obligaons through efficient work habits such as, meeng deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinang resources and meengs in an effecve and mely manner, and demonstrang respect for others.
