Title: Senior Business Analyst. Location:. Metro Atlanta Area, Local To GA only at this time. Duration : Long Term Contract. Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT . Job Description: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, and transportation metrics. Utilize enterprise data warehousing systems to extract and manipulate large datasets for analysis. Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to retrieve and transform data for reporting and analysis purposes. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain. Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data mapping and integration projects. Perform data mapping exercises to ensure seamless flow of information across different systems and platforms. Create and maintain documentation related to data mapping, data lineage, and data governance processes. Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or supply chain environment. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with enterprise data warehousing systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata). Solid understanding of data mapping concepts and techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
