Role: Workday Extension Location: CA, TX Job Description: As a Workday Extension Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions that extend the functionality of the Workday platform. Your primary focus will be on creating integrations, custom reports, and enhancements to meet the unique requirements of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools. Create custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workday. Develop and maintain Workday business process configurations and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday extensions and integrations. Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features to leverage them effectively in our solutions. Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes. Provide support and training to end-users as needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday extensions. Continuously assess and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of Workday extensions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in developing Workday integrations and extensions. Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and Workday's integration technologies. Experience with web services, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
