Position Overview: The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, the Salesforce Technical Architect will provide guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators to ensure best practices and adherence to Salesforce standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and architect solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. Develop technical specifications, including data models, process flows, and integration points. Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and development. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards. Perform system integration and data migration tasks as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Provide support and guidance to Salesforce administrators and end users. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
