Manager does not want any candidates that have gone to JNT University. They will be immediately disqualified. Couple of things they should know how to do without hesitation. Need to know how to differentiate categories 3,4,5 What are the different categories of a standard type of URS Need to know the process for paper execution.. Need to understand SDIs WHAT WE NEED IN WRITEUP SENT WITH RESUME Full name Telephone # 4.) Rate 5.) LinkedIn URL Link: ( They must have a picture uploaded to their file.) Current Location ( need someone close to West Coast) Make sure they send a writeup of their CSV experience.. Discuss the types of systems they have worked with while doing CSV,.. Examples.. Empower3, Unicorn, etc. Site is setting up a lot of manufacturing systems and has both computerized systems and QC lab systems needing validated. They have been working on this client site for 3 years. They are part of the team and even these contractors will be on calls with their fulltime staff as well. They have an excellent relationship and they will really feel like part of the team! Tanya (at Assurea is running this project) Krisha is helping out with interviews at this point. Krisha and Tanya are Co-founders. The current team out there: 10 right now, need one, perhaps even two more. Crew seems pretty fun and collaborative. They wont be alone They work on both the laboratory CSV and eqpt CSV (BE VERY CLEAR NOT CQV!!!!) They have all kinds of systems: One is empower3, unicorn, Sympo something They also have someone assigned to maximo and dont need that right now. It doesnt matter if there is a mix they can re-allocate but if they have a strong background in one vs other that is helpful to know. Assurea has a CSV lead. They will NOT be helping with grammar and fixing that. They are simply their technical lead. The others that are onsite are at around 5 years of experience and some are at 8-10. Prefers 4+ years CSV but can work with 3 if it is STRAIGHT CSV and nothing else. Prefer 5+ STRONG writing skills, they need to be fluent in writing no grammar issues, they are taking text scripts for validation. Krisha virtually 45min 45min-1 hour technical pass The reason those resumes are bad. Looks like someone else wrote them. They need to make sure these are real people and that they have great grammar for the CSV needs. This is a hands on project and these resumes and writeups need to be specific to the person not that they have done everything imaginable they dont need that. They need real people and real skillsets that they can bring so they can line that skillset up. There will be a technical interview and make sure they have specific examples of what they are best at. Specific projects Length: 1 year+ CURRENT PROJECT: CURRENT TEAM: What they need: . If they are a rockstar, they will be able to execute and write by themselves, not need anyone to review and do all text scripts for validation by themselves. Interview Process: NEED CANDIDATE ASAP.
