Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis when applicable. The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Five (5) or more years of recent experience in OCM, communications, and learning improvements, with a focus on leading enterprise-level process improvement projects; Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project; Thorough understanding of change management principles and methodologies; Ability to adapt to and work effectively in ambiguous situations, including qualities such as resilience, tenacity, and a propensity to persevere; Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; A customer-service and teamwork-oriented approach; Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and be a reliable source of knowledge for less experienced team members; and Prior experience working with technical IT teams and business users.
