The Role is the key point of contact for new services, issues, inventory management, ticket management, vendor management, and data for billing purposes. Documented experience with print services. Understands asset management and correlated billing processes. Ticket management experience using ServiceNow. Vendor management experience to include SLAs, performance, billing and invoice reconciliation. Knowledge & Ability: Self starter who can excel in a team environment of an aggressively growing and dynamic enterprise. Demonstrated ability to bring problems to resolution regardless of diversity and level of seniority of those involved. Driven and able to work with minimal supervision and under specific deadlines. Experience working with suppliers with demonstrated benefits to the business through strong relationship management. Skilled in oral and written communication as it pertains to technical information.
