Role: Junior Pega QA Location: NJ Duration: 6 month Visa: USC/GC only Job Description: 5 years in quality assurance, test strategy, test planning, test execution. 3 years experience testing in Pega. Thorough working knowledge of the entire SDLC- Waterfall, IT systems and processes, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects. Experience in analyzing and decomposing requirements and creating testing strategy plan as well as testing estimates and work plan. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines while maintaining quality requirements. Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills to a structured testing process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate to client and internal team members. An independent worker that is able to prioritize own work activities with minimal guidance.
