The manager contacted me this morning and they are wanting to bring in 1-2 consultants to go through their processes from MRP, Forecasting, Planning/Scheduling, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and WM to understand what they currently do then to come up processes that optimize their operations and be able to document it into a Road Map. The consultants need to be able to drive the business process. They do not need to have SAP by Design experience, but they do need to have SAP experience. They are not looking for these consultants to configure or put these processes in SAP By Design.
