| Role: Business Analyst- Auto Lending Location: Chandler, AZ Job Description: Looking for Senior Analyst - Auto Lending with experience in more than aspect under Originations, Servicing, Payments, Collections, and Quality Assurance. As a Senior Analyst specializing in Auto Lending, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing various aspects of the auto lending lifecycle, including originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and Various stake holders including Business users, product managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation of auto lending solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements - Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to auto lending products, processes, and systems. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for business process enhancements. Also, analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management within the auto lending domain. Responsibilities: Must have Core Business Analyst Responsibilities: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
