From: Dolly Rawat, Tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] This is direct hire position Title Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse Administrator/Developer Location: Fully remote Baltimore, MD Duration: 6+ MOI: Skype Must have LinkedIn and need DL Role Details: Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) is BI tool within the Oracle Fusion Cloud Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) is a newer tool being only 3-4 years old The FAW BI tool is for INTERNAL EMPLOYEE information /data and will work closely with internal HR teams and Finance teams Main responsibilities will include: Building/customizing dashboards in FAW Work closely with HR and Finance to gather system and data requirements Create visualizations (chars/tables etc..) Build Data Models, reports Provide end-user training on FAW Manage data pipelines and migrations Manage User Groups Manage User Access Monitor data database queries Monitor system resources Identify bottlenecks Qualifications: Oracle Fusion Cloud experience Experience with HCM (Human Capital Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) Experience working w/HR and Finance teams Data Governance Strong Organizational Skills Strong Communication Skills Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) a plus Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) a plus Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), encompassing data model creation, report and dashboard development, end-user training, and ongoing support. Lead and take ownership of all technical facets related to FAW - ERP/HCM implementations and customizations, including data migrations, data quality assurance, systems integrations, third-party application integrations, and bespoke development. Collaborate with the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) team to construct ERP/HCM Analytics, offering assistance with data model modifications and security configurations. Manage users, groups, application roles, and data access within the FAW environment, tailoring configurations to meet business requirements. Participate actively in each stage of FAW ERP/HCM modules, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-deployment support. Provide technical leadership, establishing best practices in integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement. Define, communicate, and oversee a change management process to introduce new applications/code and updates, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Coordinate quarterly Oracle release testing in tandem with ERP/HCM releases, collaborating closely with clients Oracle Platform team. Enhance FAW capabilities to facilitate external data integration with diverse data platforms. Work alongside data engineers and ETL developers to design, implement, and enhance data integration processes for sourcing data from various systems into the Oracle Fusion Analytics data warehouse. Design and implement data models and schemas to accommodate analytical reporting requirements. Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data privacy regulations within the Oracle Fusion Analytics data warehouse environment, monitoring user access and permissions to ensure compliance. Optimize the performance of Oracle FAW, including database queries, data pipelines, and system resources, by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. Document FAW configurations, processes, and best practices, and provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on FAW administration and usage. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in Oracle's analytics offerings, including Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). Strong technical background in Data Warehouse and reporting concepts, encompassing data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration. Mastery of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects punctually. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience with data governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and data security standards. Proficiency in Oracle Autonomous data warehouse (ADW), Data Modeling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data warehouse concepts and implementation, analytics, and advanced analytics concepts and implementation. Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, ERP, and EPM modules). Prior experience with Oracle data warehousing, ideally including integration to/from Oracle Applications and third-party applications. Prior experience with ODI/OBIA would be advantageous. Excellent SQL query and debugging skills.
