Job Title - Incident Manager

Location - Houston, TX

Job Description: 

Support system SMEs with technical triaging of high-priority incidents causing significant user impact; provide technical team leadership expertise; ensure troubleshooting effort is thorough and consistently structured.

Provide technical expertise to develop executive reports to correctly portray the details of triage efforts.

Lead technical SMEs in complying with ITIL best practices for Service Management and Incident Response.

Lead distributed technical teams toward the resolution of issues through effective engagement and communication with stakeholders

Exercise sound judgment in evaluation, assignment, and escalation of issues

Document findings and provide analysis of resolved issues to Leadership thought effective written communication

Setting up the Triage call when a high-priority incident occurs, notifying and tracking that all required technical teams are present, leading the triage discussion following a script to capture the pertinent status information and coordinating discussions (as well as de-escalating finger-pointing) between technical teams as they work to diagnose the issue and develop mitigation options

Accountable for the overall quality of the process and oversees the management of and compliance with the procedures, data models, policies, and technologies associated with the process

Owns the process and supporting documentation for the process from a strategic and tactical perspective

Approves all changes to the process and development of process improvement plans

Works with the Process Owner for Incident Management to ensure both processes work in conjunction with each other

Promote and reinforce adherence to the process and policies associated with both Incident Management and Crisis Management

Location - Houston, TX

Job Description: 

Hands on experience on implementation and migration of VmWare ESX, Dell VxRail, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP

Design, Build DC and DR Solution and Implementation

Build and Migration Experience from on-prem to Azure cloud

Experience of Migration of Data Center

Implementation of Active Directory and Azure AD

Migration and Build NetApp Storage

Cohesity Backup - Hands-on experience on configuring, scheduling backup jobs/policies.

SAN switch configuration

Experience in Solution design and Migration

Providing technical insight and guidance to others

Supporting wider team with knowledge share, via knowledge base communications (emails, how-to guides etc.) and contribution at team meetings

Implement and administer directory services security policies, patching, standards, and procedures in coordination with Security and Information Security Service Component Provider

Managing window AD / Azure AD Managing windows Server

Administer Federation Services within the Directory services environment (currently Active Directory Federation Services), other Federated services, and similar applications

Provide Wintel L3, Azure Cloud L3 support for all data centers

Job Title - Oracle Apps DBA - Onsite (Full Time)

Location - Houston, TX

Job Description: 

Manage and support multiple Development, Test and Production environments on Oracle applications.

Perform clones, patching, and code migrations as necessary to support business requirements.

Provide and maintain comprehensive documentation on database systems, configurations, processes and standards.

Support 24/7 applications with strong understanding of backup and recovery best practices.

Collaborate with the IT application teams to ensure database requirements are met.

Protect data integrity and security through access control and regular security reviews.

Strong level of knowledge in installation and maintenance of Oracle Applications and Oracle Databases.

Experience installing, upgrading, Oracle systems.

Knowledge of applying product specific patches and post-installation patches for different Apps modules.

Strong experience and knowledge in configuration and support of Oracle web server, Form server, Concurrent processing server, and Apache web server.

Oracle DBA expertise, including recent versions from 11g-19c.

Oracle Partitioning expertise (for tuning purposes as well as for data purging and exchange)

Oracle Query Tuning expertise

Familiarity with at least one ETL tool and their methods and effects on databases

Strong knowledge in Database Performance and System tuning in Oracle Core DBA.

Job Description: 

Experience on SharePoint 2013/2019 and SPOnline architecture, design, development and implementation experience

Experience with implementing best practice SharePoint 2019, SP Online information architectures, workflows and responsive applications

Good experience in PowerApps- Canvas, Model and Portal

Should be able to design solution using PowerApps, Power Automate portals or forms

Should be able to design and implement solution on MS Teams using SPFX

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies 2013/2019/Online Development in SPFx using REACT

Understanding SPFx solutions with SharePoint Online environment, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.

Expertise on Azure DevOps capabilities for continuous integration and development for SP solutions.

Expertise on technical and functional documentations for design and SOPs.
