Kindly share only USC Profile. Title: TIBCO MFT Engineer Location: - Hybrid 2-3 days per week in Newark, NJ. Experience: 7+ years Duration: 12+ months Description: Looking for a seasoned Mid-Senior level MFT SME with at least 5+ years of experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies and the TIBCO MFT product suite including Tibco MFT Internet Server, Tibco MFT Platform Server (Cyberfusion) along with other products such as Connect Direct (Mainframe file transfer), EasyLink Fax and SSH Tectia. Responsibilities Manage File Transfer Infrastructure: Design, implement, and Automate tasks to have a robust and scalable file transfer infrastructure, including protocols, encryption methods, and security controls. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data files to the intended recipients. Batch Job Scheduling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive batch job scheduling system, ensuring the timely execution of scheduled jobs, and monitoring for successful completion. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during batch job execution. Integration and Automation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate file transfer and batch job scheduling processes with existing systems and applications. Identify opportunities to automate and develop automation using modern tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations during file transfers. Implement and enforce best practices to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and stakeholders for file transfer and batch job scheduling-related issues. Investigate and resolve any problems, system errors, or performance bottlenecks that may arise. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of file transfer processes, batch job schedules, configurations, automation projects and troubleshooting procedures. Generate reports on system performance, job completion rates, and any issues or incidents encountered through Splunk and ServiceNow. Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to optimize processes and maximize efficiency. Required Skills & Experiences: 5+ years of Tibco MFT experience in Unix and Windows enterprise environments. Proven hands-on experience in managed file transfer protocols and technologies such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SSH, SSL, HTTPS, AS2, and secure file transfer methodologies. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in file transfer protocols, E2E development/testing of MFT flows, and industry standards for secure file transmission, network requirements, and API enablement. Strong understanding of batch job scheduling concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Stonebranch, CA7, Cron) Solid knowledge of scripting languages such as shell scripting, JavaScript, web programming like HTML and JSP, Python, Ansible, SQL stored procedures for MS SQL Server and workflow development Familiarity with PGP and SFTP/SSH encryption algorithms, data security, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) is a MUST Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to file transfers and batch job execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex system issues. Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience working with mainframe file transmissions.
