Position : Performance test engineer Location : Boston, MA (Fully Remote) Duration : 12 months C2C Interview : Video LOCAL TO CHICAGO ONLY Our client is looking for a Performance Test Engineer This is a contract role that must be hybrid 3 days onsite in Chicago Responsibilities: Provide end to end performance testing leadership and solutions while working within a cross-functional team environment of onshore and offshore team members Designing and developing the performance test strategy and ensuring quality development of performance test scripts and tests using Python Creating application and infrastructure performance plans/models for a highly scalable, low-latency, highly-available and high-throughput payment processing system Evaluate load test results to identify the bottleneck and provide suggestions and optimization input Qualifications: 6 or more years of IT Performance Testing experience. Expert with Python scripting Experience with converting Java to Python AWS Cloud experience Expert knowledge and strong experience using tools, Load runner/Jmeter,. etc. and understanding of APM solutions like Appdynamics, dynatrace, etc. The secret of getting ahead is getting started .
